This Policy has been prepared to inform visitors of the website and customers placing orders (“Buyer”) regarding the cancellation and return of products ordered through www.restoderm.com (“Site”), which belongs to NDC LAB Sağlık Ürünleri San. Ve Tic. AŞ (“Restoderm”).

With regard to the cancellation and return of products ordered by the Buyer, the relevant provisions set forth in the Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) executed between Restoderm and the Buyer shall remain valid.

Every product you purchase is covered under our company guarantee.
You may return your order within fourteen (14) days with the approval of customer service, provided that the Restoderm box on the product delivered to you has not been opened in any way. Once your return reaches our return warehouse, it will be inspected, and after confirmation that the package is unopened, your refund will be processed to your bank.

Please inspect packages that you believe may have been damaged during shipment by opening them in the presence of the cargo company officer before accepting delivery. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery and have a report prepared by the cargo company. Please note that if no report is prepared, you will be deemed to have accepted that the cargo company has fulfilled its obligation properly after accepting the delivery.

Returns will not be accepted and no refund will be issued if any deterioration, breakage, damage, tearing, usage, or similar condition is detected, or if the product is not returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer.

If you return the product, your return process will be finalized within seven (7) business days from the date the product reaches our company.
Following approval of the return, credit card refunds will be processed within five (5) business days. Your bank may not reflect the refund on your account within the same billing cycle. In such cases, you are required to contact your bank’s credit card services.

For any product-related complaints that may arise after the product has been delivered to you, you may contact our customer service representative at +90 533 323 0894. If it is determined that the issue is not caused by user error, appropriate compensation will be provided.
