No. Restoderm Clinic Line is specially developed for sensitive skin, and none of its formulas contain added fragrance.

6) How to use Clinic Line?

Clinic Barrier Balm: Apply a thin layer as required on clean skin by massaging. Replenish if needed.
Clinic Intense: Apply 3–4 drops to the areas in need and massage gently to increase the effect. Increase the number of drops for more moisturizing.
Clinic Liquid: Spray directly onto your skin or spray a few drops in the palm of your hand. Gently massage onto body. Suitable for day and/or night use.

8) Do your products contain vaseline?

Yes, We Use Vaseline — But… In our formulations, we include only safe, high-quality ingredients. Vaseline & Liquid Vaseline are used as a supportive component in our formulas.

By its nature, Vaseline & Liquid Vaseline forms a protective film over the skin, helping to enhance the absorption of botanical extracts while shielding the skin from external aggressors.

Vaseline & Liquid Vaseline we use meet full pharmaceutical-grade (United States Pharmacopeia – USP) standards. They are produced and certified for safe use on babies and individuals with sensitive skin, and have been trusted for many years across both medical and dermocosmetic applications.

This ingredient helps create a barrier on the skin’s surface to reduce moisture loss, making it particularly beneficial for soothing and supporting dry, sensitive, or irritation-prone skin.

We use only ingredients certified to meet international pharmaceutical quality standards. In modern dermatology, Vaseline & Liquid Vaseline hold an important place as protective, supportive, and reliable components.

9) Is Vaseline Absorbed Into the Skin?

No. The molecular structure and weight of Vaseline and Liquid Vaseline prevent these ingredients from passing through the epidermal barrier. They have a high molecular weight (typically above 300 g/mol), meaning they do not penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin but rather remain on the stratum corneum, the outermost layer.

This allows them to form a protective and moisturizing barrier on the skin’s surface without entering systemic circulation or posing any toxic risk.

Dermatological literature indicates that molecules larger than 500 Daltons cannot pass through the skin barrier — Vaseline molecules are well above this limit.

Because of its high molecular weight:

It is not absorbed into the body and does not reach the liver.
It does not accumulate or cause toxic effects.

For this reason, Vaseline is commonly used in baby care products, medical ointments, and dermocosmetics formulated for sensitive skin.

Yes. All 3 formulations in Restoderm Clinic Line are plant-based. None of our products contain ingredients derived from animal sources.
